Value before permits.

Crew Support prepares vessels for future remote operations while delivering immediate value through connectivity, visibility, communication and remote expertise — without requiring regulator permits.

Layers
What it does

Layered support, step by step.

Crew Support builds toward full remote operations in four layers — each delivering real value independently, without waiting for permits or the full VCS.

Layer 1 — Seafar Shield

Secure onboard network with firewall protection and reliable, segmented connectivity.

Layer 2 — Crew Support

Three cameras, two-way comms and key sensor readouts enabling remote piloting, lookout and coaching.

Layer 3 — Add-ons

Optional VHF transcripts, translations and a wheelhouse camera for richer supervision from shore.

Layer 4 — Full VCS

Extends to certified remote control once permits are in place — the full Seafar operating model.
